Paciotti Insurance Agency Inc. Is accepting applications for a customer service rep. Seeking outgoing, ambitious, goal orientated candidate with positive attitude.
Responsibilities include all aspects of Insurance Customer Service. Candidate must enjoy telephone work and feel comfortable meeting and speaking to clients as well as working in a digital environment. Ability to multi task, service new and existing customer accounts.
Desired Qualities included:
- Customer service experience. (Insurance background desired but not required. Insurance product training provided. Candidate must have open mindset and willing to learn.)
- Ethical and Honest
- Must have applicable license or must willing to obtain applicable licensing requirements. (Company training available.)
- Excellent communication skills- written, verbal and listening.
- Self-motivated
